Tips and Advice from Real Brides!
A couple of my recent brides were kind enough to share what they see as helpful advice when planning your wedding!
Setting aside time to just enjoy each other and the excitement of being engaged, since it’s so easy to get caught up in the never-ending wedding planning to-do lists! Scheduling a weekend day or an entire weekend will be for you to enjoy each other, date night, reminisce about first meeting then get back to the to-do list! ~ Sarah
Be careful of having too many cooks in the kitchen! Everyone is so excited for you and wants to help, know everything, buy random things for you for the wedding. Limit who helps out and knows the specifics. When more and more people come into the picture, it becomes less about you and your spouse to be making the decisions about your intimate day. And, at times leads to more opinions, critique, needing to explain yourself, etc.! ~ Sarah
Plan your wedding about what you and your spouse to be want! Don’t stress about family/friends’ requests. Do what you want and what is important to you two. It’s your wedding! ~ Betsy

The biggest piece of advice I have for brides and grooms that are planning a wedding is to hire a day-of coordinator so that you can enjoy your wedding day.
