Day-of-Event Management
If you want to be able to relax and enjoy the party and the reason you are celebrating, Events by Lexi offers day-of-event management services so you don’t have to worry about anything! Once you have chosen your caterer, florist, etc., I will make contact with all of your providers to confirm the timeline and other details, as well as be the point person on the big day making sure everything gets set up as you want and flows smoothly, so all you have to do is walk in and enjoy the party!
Partial Coordination
You are in the midst of planning for your special event/party when all of a sudden something else comes up and takes up your time — you fear that you won’t get the party/celebration planned in time! Events by Lexi can pick up the pieces of the celebration planning that haven’t been secured and do that for you! Whether it’s finding a DJ or band, securing transportation for your out-of-town attendees, or something else, I will take the reins and finalize those plans for you. Then on the day of the event, I become the point person for providers and attendees so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!
Full-service Coordination
Knowing you have an event on the horizon, but realizing your workload and life, in general, are keeping you quite busy, Events by Lexi can provide full-service coordination for special events and private parties. This would include researching all event professionals, who would meet your needs in price, style, and service, and presenting those options to you for approval. If needed, meetings can be set up with those professionals to help you make your final decisions. I maintain contact with the chosen providers, and we are all kept in the loop if anything changes on their end or on your end. As the event gets closer, I double-check all of the arrangements and am the point person on the event day, to take care of any little hiccups that may occur!
